The sixth diesel-electric Kolpino submarine of project 636.3 for the Black Sea fleet was passed over to the Russian Navy, TASS correspondent reported. St. Andrew's colors were hoisted on the submarine at the Admiralty Shipyard in St. Petersburg where the whole series of the submarines was built for the Black Sea fleet.
